The Served Neat Loyalty Rewards Program (“Program”) is a free-to-join membership offered by Served Neat that allows customers to earn and redeem rewards based on qualifying purchases and engagement. By creating an account with Served Neat, you agree to abide by the following Terms of Service:
The Program is open to individuals who are at least 21 years of age and reside in the United States. You must have an active Served Neat account to participate. Corporations, groups, and associations are not eligible for enrollment.
Enrollment is automatic when you create a Served Neat account. No separate sign-up is required. By creating an account, you are automatically enrolled in the Program and agree to these Terms.
You can earn Loyalty Points in the following ways:
Making qualifying purchases on ServedNeat.com.
Signing up for SMS text message alerts
Points Conversion:
Points may be earned only on the subtotal of qualifying orders, excluding taxes, shipping, and discounts.
Loyalty points do not expire if your account remains active.
Points WILL automatically expire within one year of the date of your last purchase for any inactive accounts
Redeem your rewards at any time – no minimum points required.
Your points can be converted into monetary rewards for use at checkout for any purchase. (Some exclusions apply)

Points Conversion for Rewards:
100 points = $1 Reward
1,000 points = $10 Rewards
5,000 points = $50 Rewards
10,000 points = $100 Rewards
Monetary rewards earned through point redemption do NOT expire. Once converted, they remain available in your account for use on future purchases.
Your tier level is determined by lifetime spend:
Small Batch Member: $0-$5,000
Barrel Proof Member: $5,000–$9,999
Top-Shelf Member: $10,000+
Tier benefits may include:

Bonus Point Days (2x or 3x)
Early access to new products or limited offers
You may view your points balance and tier status by logging into your Served Neat account. It is your responsibility to keep your contact and account information accurate and up-to-date.
Served Neat reserves the right to cancel, modify, or restrict the Program or any aspect of it at any time, including Loyalty Point earning rules, redemption options, and expiration policies. Any changes will be posted to our website and will take effect immediately unless otherwise stated.
Served Neat may suspend or terminate your participation in the Program if we suspect fraud, abuse, or violations of these Terms. In such cases, any earned points and rewards may be forfeited.
Served Neat is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or expired points, technical errors, or unauthorized use of your account. Participation in the Program is at your own risk.
